What You'll Do

• Make 2 – 5 high-leverage short-form posts per day on x.com, as well as 1-2 longer-form posts per months on Substack/Medium/LinkedIn
• Distill research on evolutionary psychology and relationship science into shareable content
• Track growth analytics using in-app dashboards and work with executive team to iterate on social strategy
• Surface data-backed insights to the founding team so we can incorporate it into brand messaging
• Help cultivate and maintain an intelligent, no-nonsense, but compassionate brand voice
• Manage first layer of PR and public communications - field inbound DMs, etc.

Time Commitment & Compensation

• Estimated 5 – 15 hours per week (might be much less, performance is output-based)
  • Fully remote
  • Schedule is highly flexible
• $1,250 per month in cash
• Equity grant valued at ~$40k/year
